CONTRACTING

LyfeBeast utilizes a simple way of contracting new agents. This system allows us to contact you with multiple carriers (of your choosing) and you only need to complete the Contract one time.

Steps

1. Click the PDF attachment and open the global contracting paperwork.

For best results, download and fill out.

2. Follow the instructions in the packet. Answer all questions completely and attach a voided check and your E&O certificate.

3. Return the packet to LyfeBeast via Email.
